l         Drive out variability, waste and inefficiency by establishing and following procedures for all critical elements of our business as defined in the ISO9001:2000 Rev standards.

l         Focus on “customer satisfaction is our pride”by ensuring we understand our customer’s needs and by finding creative solution for each customer need.

l         Encourages all employees to actively participate in the daily and continual improvement of the quality and efficiency of our products and processes.

l         Ensure the Quality System is meeting our business and statutory requirements through a Management Review, Internal Audit and External Audit to be held according to the practical situation.
